If you live in or around Bristol or Bath, we can deliver your order free of charge.  We limit this service to the following postcodes:

Collect from our Studio – FREE

We are happy for you to collect your order from our Bristol Studio in person. Please place your order online and one of our customer services team will contact you once your order is ready for you to select a collection slot from 10.30am – 8.30pm Monday-Sunday.  Please allow upto 10 business days (depending on the size and complexity of your item) from placing the order to expect the item to be ready for collection.

  • Please ensure to bring along a valid photo ID (Passport or UK driving licence), your payment card used for purchase and your order number.
  • Payment must be made online, or by calling our customer services team on 01225 401401 before you are able to collect your order.
  • Please note that we will only be able to hold your order for 14 days. After this time, your order will be cancelled and your payment automatically refunded.
  • Before leaving to collect your order, please consider the size of the item you wish to collect and whether your vehicle has sufficient space.

If you wish to collect using your own courier, please contact our customer service team to arrange a collection date and time. Please also advise us of the name of the courier company collecting. Your courier company will need to know the name of the order together with the order number.

All of our delivery dates are estimated and whilst we will always do our very best to get your items to you within the estimated time, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control and we may need a bit more time.
