International delivery — by quotation
Please contact us with your lamp sizes, quantities and delivery postcode before ordering overseas. We can quote for destinations in Europe, Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand, subject to courier availability. Delivery must be agreed before payment.
Bulk orders
Orders of five or more lamps, or three or more 60/80cm lamps combined, require a delivery quote before ordering. Each lamp is packed separately. Bundled fittings and accessories do not count as additional lamps.
UK mainland
Delivery per lamp: 30cm £15 · 40cm £20 · 60cm £30 · 80cm £100.
Small accessories start from £5. Bases, stands and other accessories may have different charges; enter your postcode in the basket to see the applicable total.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
Delivery per lamp: 30cm £25 · 40cm £35 · 60cm £65 · 80cm £100.
Small accessories start from £10.
Channel Islands
Delivery to Jersey and Guernsey per lamp: 30cm £25 · 40cm £35 · 60cm £65 · 80cm £100.
Small accessories start from £10.
Lamp delivery charges are added for each lamp, up to the bulk-order limits above. Enter your delivery postcode in the basket to confirm availability and the total. If no delivery option is available, please contact us before ordering.
Local delivery and collection
Free local delivery is available for eligible postcodes and appears automatically in the basket. Free collection is available where shown. Bulk orders still require prior agreement.
Delivery times
Our products are made to order. Estimated UK delivery is 7–20 working days, depending on production and availability. Please contact us before ordering if you need a particular date.
We normally use Parcelforce for UK lamps up to 60cm, with specialist couriers for 80cm lamps and bulk orders. Delivery days and times depend on the service. Overseas delivery times are confirmed with your quote.
Posted vouchers

E-vouchers
E-vouchers are emailed, with no postage charge. If your e-voucher does not arrive within 24 hours, please email contact@thenimagine.co.uk.
